Why I do this work (sorry this is long, but it is worth the read)
There’s a lot of noise in the personal development world. I know — I’ve spent time and money on all kinds of programs, courses, books, journaling prompts, management techniques, healing methods. You name it.
And yet… something was always missing.
I started my coaching business because I genuinely wanted to help people. I was lit up by the work, and had the priveledge of guiding an influx of amazing clients. I was learning, growing, and helping others transform. And then life hit hard. Behind the scenes, I was struggling. For a while, I stepped back. I didn’t have the capacity to hold others — I needed to be the one held.
So I finally let someone hold me. I worked with a mentor who guided me through a full inner transformation, and taught me how to bring that same work into my own practice. It was more spiritual than I ever thought I’d be into — but the science behind it? You just can't deny it once you see it in action.
Here’s what I know now:
This isn’t about managing your time better, or squeezing in another 90-minute routine before breakfast. You don’t need to meditate for hours or write 5 pages in your journal to change your life.
It’s about small, consistent practices that work with your emotions, your energy, and your nervous system.
It’s about knowing how to shift out of survival mode and stop carrying the weight of the world.
It’s about building resilience in your body — not just mindset tricks that wear off by Friday.
You get to choose how you feel.
And once you learn to work with your emotions instead of against them… everything else changes. It feels like magic, and it kind of is!
This is the work that changed my life and how I see it — and now, it’s the work I offer you.
No fluff. No pretending. No surface-level stuff.
Let’s get to the root.
